Wreaths
Petal wreaths are a great way to utilize alot of streamers in one place, while rosette wreaths are perfect for putting those rosettes to use.
Petal wreaths use anywhere from 100-150 streamers. Rosette wreaths can be created with any amount. The more rosettes, the fuller it will be.
