HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

If you know what you would like, orders can be placed through the website using the 'Shop' button at the top of the page. If you are unsure what would work best with your ribbons, please contact us. Orders can also be placed through our Etsy shop.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept credit cards, paypal, or checks with a 7 day hold. Payment is due before we begin creating your custom items.

ARE GIFT CERTIFICATES AVAILABLE?

Yes! We offer gift certificates in any amount. Gift certificates cannot be combined with any other offer.

HOW MANY RIBBONS DO YOU NEED?

The amount of ribbons needed is listed on each product page. Each product needs a different number of ribbons. When the site mentions "ribbons", we are referring to a ribbon that is 12" long with 3 streamers. Each industry (horse, rabbit, livestock, swimming, etc.) has different ribbon standards.

DO YOU RETURN RIBBONS THAT ARE NOT USED?

All ribbons and rosettes that are not used are returned with your finished product.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?

All of the items created are recommended for display only. They are not washable. It is recommend to take a damp towel and gently wipe them down if needed. Do not apply any type of heat to pillows. Stockings and wall hangings can be ironed.

CAN YOU RE-DO A PRODUCT ONCE IS IT CREATED?

We cannot re-create or re-do an item once it has already been made.
