To order a custom ribbon creation, please contact us directly. We prefer to speak with each customer personally about their vision for their creation. This allows us to better understand your specific needs and ensure we create something truly unique and meaningful. We do not offer an online shop as we book quickly and may not always be immediately available to take new orders. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to discuss your project and secure a spot in our schedule.

It depends on the product! Small items like pillows typically need 10-15 ribbons, stuffed animals use anyhere from 15-20 ribbons, while larger pieces like wall hangings can use up to 150 ribbons. Dependong on the time of the year and creation project, orders can take as little as 2 weeks or up to 6-8 weeks from the time we receive your ribbons. If you need it sooner, let us know so we can plan accordingly. We currently do not offer a rush option.

All unused or extra ribbons and rosettes are returned to you! We do not keep anything.

Yes! We accept international orders. Additional shipping fees and longer delivery times may apply. You are responsible for all import fees.
