If the photo supplied was taken by a photographer, I must have the photographer's permission to use the photo as a reference.

depending on ribbon size.

Framed Art

Framed art comes in a white, 11" x 14" frame with a gold mat. 15 streamers are needed for the background, and 9 streamers are needed for the silhouette.
